Enchanted returns bigger, brighter and more magical than ever before.
Step into a world of festive wonder at Knowsley Safari, where thousands of twinkling lights, sparkling new displays and enchanting woodland scenes transform the Foot Safari into a magical Christmas trail. Enjoy toasted marshmallows, festive food and drink, magical photo opportunities and an unforgettable evening under the lights.
Your Enchanted Trail timeslot is your allocated trail entry time. You are welcome to arrive from 4:00pm to enjoy the rides* and safari eateries before your trail starts.
Booking Santa's Grotto? Please ensure your Santa timeslot does not clash with your Enchanted Trail booking. We recommend allowing approximately one hour to complete the trail.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry to Enchanted is not included with Knowsley Safari Membership, however Members can enjoy an exclusive discounted ticket rate.
2. *Amusement Rides
Amusement rides operate from 4:00pm to 9:00pm and are not included in the ticket price. Ride tokens cost £1.25 each (token requirements vary by ride), or guests can purchase an Unlimited Ride Wristband for £16.
3. Event Cancellation
Knowsley Safari operates seven days a week and monitors weather conditions closely. In exceptional circumstances, Enchanted may need to be cancelled if conditions make it unsafe to open. This may include:
- Ice or snow
- High winds
- Fallen trees, damaged branches or other woodland hazards
- Flooding that significantly impacts trail conditions
4. Cancellation Decisions
Should cancellation be necessary, a decision will normally be made by 1:00pm on the day of the event, allowing our team time to monitor changing conditions and determine whether the trail can operate safely. If the event is cancelled, we will be in touch to book you another slot for a different night. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.
5. Arrival & Entry Times
- Guests may arrive from 4:00pm.
- Entry to the Enchanted trail is only permitted during your allocated timeslot.
- Last trail entry is 7:30pm.
- Last entry to the Winter Village is 7:40pm.
- The event closes promptly at 9:00pm.
6. Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during your visit for promotional purposes. By purchasing tickets, you consent to Knowsley Safari capturing and using your image in marketing materials.
