Santas Grotto - Evening
IMPORTANT: To visit Santa during the evening Enchanted event at Knowsley Safari, you’ll need valid Enchanted Admission Tickets for all members of your party. Please ensure your Santa’s Grotto time is after your arrival slot at the park.
Santa is Coming to Enchanted!
Santa will be joining us to spread Christmas magic and meet all our wonderful guests. Children can hand over their Christmas lists and receive a gift from Santa.
Tickets are priced per child, and each child will require their own Grotto ticket.
Terms & Conditions
- Timings & Tickets: Your ticket is non-transferable and your booking is non-refundable. Please arrive promptly for your chosen time as late arrivals may not be accommodated, and refunds cannot be offered.
- Plan Your Visit: Allow plenty of time between your Enchanted trail and Santa’s Grotto, we recommend at least 45 minutes to enjoy the magical lights. If you need to adjust your times, please contact us as soon as possible.
- A Special Gift Included: Each £20 ticket includes a large festive plush toy (RRP £25.99) to take home and love.
- Capacity: Due to space limitations, a maximum of 6 people can enter the grotto at once.
- Prams & Pushchairs: Little ones will need to be taken out of prams or pushchairs before entering Santa’s grotto.
- Weather Ready: While Santa’s grotto is indoors, the queue is outdoors, so please wrap up warm and dress for the weather.
- Concessions: No concessions, discounts or free entry allocations (including carer tickets) can be applied to Santa’s Grotto. All children require a paid Grotto ticket.
- Park Closing Times: The last entry to Enchanted is 7pm, and the park will close promptly at 8pm.
