Enchanted Day/Night
Important Information - Please Read
You are booking a Day to Night ticket, granting access to Knowsley Safari from 10:00am and entry to our light trail Enchanted at your selected time.
Enjoy the Safari Drive (last entry 3pm) and Foot Safari (last entry to Tiger Trail 3.30pm) and our amazing Sea Lion and Bird of Prey displays before being one of the first group of guests to access Enchanted for the evening.
If you are also booking Santa's Grotto for the evening, please do not choose a time slot that clashes with your Enchanted trail time. Allow at least 15 minutes before, or 1 hour to complete the trail before visiting Santa.
The park will close promptly at 9pm.
Amusement rides are open 11:30am to 3:30pm and then 4pm to 9pm on weekends during Enchanted.
Please note our amusement rides are only running during the evening on weekdays in November and December.*
*Except School holidays over Christmas
Terms and Conditions:
1. Knowsley Safari operates seven days a week and monitors weather conditions closely. In exceptional circumstances, Enchanted may need to be cancelled if conditions make it unsafe to open. This may include:

Ice or snow
-
High winds
-
Fallen trees, damaged branches or other woodland hazards

Flooding that significantly impacts trail conditions
2. Cancellation Decisions
Should cancellation be necessary for Enchanted, a decision will normally be made by 1:00pm on the day of the event, allowing our team time to monitor changing conditions and determine whether the trail can operate safely. If the event is cancelled, we will be in touch to book you another slot for a different night. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.
3. Photography & Filming
Photography and filming may take place during your visit for promotional purposes. By purchasing tickets, you consent to Knowsley Safari capturing and using your image in marketing materials.
If you have any concerns or wish to request the removal of an image, please speak to a member of the Marketing Team during your visit or contact [email protected].
