Our Giraffe Experience gives you the opportunity to join our team on our giraffe platform to come face-to-face with the world's tallest animal!

What can you expect? You will be taken up to the viewing platform to see eye-to-eye with our wonderful giraffes. The experience will last 30 minutes, you can ask questions to our experienced ranger and feed these incredible creatures.

The giraffe experience is available for adults and children aged 6 years and over, however, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who will need to pay £10.00 admission or be taking part in the experience. Additional adults and children pay normal admission prices. 

We can allow a maximum of 2 people per experience from the same family.  We also offer family giraffe experiences for up to 4 people from the same family (maximum 2 children).

Giraffe experiences are subject to availability and run on selected days May-September.

The sessions must be pre-booked in advance, we recommend a minimum of 6 weeks.
