Our brand new bear experiences have just launched! 

You could be one of the first to go behind the scenes of our newest attraction, Bear Country, and join our amazing carnivore team in learning about these incredible animals. 

For around one hour, you will have the chance to join our Learning & Discovery team and create some enrichment for the bears. Enrichment aims to increase animals’ well-being by encouraging exercise, satisfying behavioural needs and optimising the level of stimulation that animals receive. 

You will then meet our carnivore team who will guide you through giving the bears their enrichment alongside their breakfast, and have the unique opportunity to ask any questions.

The Bear experience is available for adults and children aged 8 years and over, however, children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  This adult can get discounted entry as an experience spectator for £10.00. Additional adults and children pay normal admission prices.

There will be a maximum of 2 people per experience. Therefore, a maximum of 1 child per experience, with one accompanying adult.

Please note the accompanying adult will be required to go behind the scenes during the experience with the participant and it is therefore not suitable for the accompanying adult to be supervising another, non-participating child.

Our Bear experiences run on Tuesdays and Fridays from March to September.

How To Book

After purchasing your Bear Experience voucher(s), you will receive an “E-Voucher” to the email address used online with instructions on how to book your encounter. You must book your session in advance by emailing [email protected] or call 0151 430 9009 ex 2 with your voucher code.  Please note, these only run on certain days throughout the year.

Tickets are non transferable and non refundable.

The sessions must be pre-booked.
